Here you will find detailed information about our fees, hours of operation, office locations and hours of operation. Although a list of accepted insurances is provided, your insurance company may not be on the list and you should inquire to verify benefits.

Hope Counseling Center, Inc. Service Rates:
Individual, Couple, Family Therapy Rates (without insurance): $95 per hour for the first session, $85 per hour for each following session. Each session is 50-60 minutes in length. Individual, Couple, Family Therapy Rates (with insurance): We accept a wide range of insurance plans. All rates and co-pays are based on the terms and conditions of individual insurance plans. Call our office to verify your benefits and coverage amounts.
Virtual Sessions are prepaid either by invoice or by phone at the time you set up the appointment.
Testing Services: Are charged on a per test basis. Your therapist will inform you of any testing charges prior to taking the assessment.
Cancellation Policy/Fees: Clients that cannot attend scheduled appointments must call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel their appointment. Clients that do not call within the 24 hour cancellation period may be subject to our standard $50 cancellation fee. We understand that things happen that can prevent appointments from being kept, but we also need adequate time to fill appointment slots that are opened up when clients cancel. Insurance does not cover missed appointments. Speak to your therapist if you have any questions.
